Philosophy
The multi-disciplinary
background and learning experience of staff and students make it
possible to adopt a comparative approach and to share much of the
process through lectures, dialogue and interaction. Through this,
IDSS-School of Development Studies aims to enhance the capacity of
students to gain basic skills and to analyze widespread and persistent
social
problems, and efforts to reduce or eliminate these problems, and to
design
effective proposals and strategies against the background of a global
context and its influence at local and national level.
